These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Sold by You (“we,” “us,” “our”) and any individual or entity (“you,” “your”) who books services with us. By booking any of our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

3. Booking Process
Upon submission of your service choices, we will confirm the details of your booking, including the date and time of the service(s). A contract is formed between us once we confirm the booking via email or other written communication.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, without a valid reason, as determined at our sole discretion, will be subject to a cancellation fee of £50. 5. Payment Terms
After the completion of the services, we will issue an invoice for the total amount due. Invoices must be paid within 30 days from the date the invoice is sent. Failure to pay within the 30-day period will result in a daily interest charge of £1 until the invoice is settled in full.

We are committed to providing high-quality services; however, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing before they take effect.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
